All levels yoga class. In this class we will use breath work and deep stretches to warm up the body leading into a slow flow designed to activate and strengthen balance, core and grounding while syncing our breath with our movements. Designed for all levels, fun “challenges” and modifications will always be offered as options. Class will then end with a restorative savasana that includes optional hands-on adjustments for deep relaxation.
