This class will challenge your body and engage your mind as we flow through rhythmic movement of various postures. Think salutations, vinyasas and power poses to build strength, endurance and clarity in the mind, body and soul.
This is a mixed-level class. Modifications will be provided, but some yoga experience is necessary.
