A moderate class that will explore a wide range of traditional poses. In an intelligently sequenced flow, connect your breath with movement; move your body and still your mind. Ending with a lovely savanna.
This class is accessible to all students regardless of experience and depth of practice. Pose modifications & some alignment instructions are offered.
