This Free Traditional Yoga class (floor to mat style) will open, stretch and strengthen your body as it introduces the foundational principles of yoga and the blending of gentle movement with deep breath. We will focus on optimal physical alignment and creating balance, often with a therapeutic focus. Close with supported relaxation.
Location: In person at Stockbridge Massachusetts Town Hall (second floor gym)
