This class is designed to gently build physical strength and flexibility, buffer stress, soothe frayed nerves, and turn within for deeper levels of body and emotional awareness.
We'll sync breath with movement as we flow through an array of asanas benefitting the body, mind and spirit. Learn powerful stress-buffering breathing techniques, pranayama, and drop into gentle, tension-releasing vinyasa sequences to fortify both mind and body. Designed for all levels, though challenge postures may be offered for more seasoned yogis who seek them.
Class ends with a restorative savasana that includes optional hands-on adjustments for deep relaxation.
