Wednesday Mornings at 10:30am-11:30am
A gentle blend of standing and seated yoga poses to improve flexibility, strength, and balance. Appropriate for all ages and fitness levels, utilizing mindful, therapeutic movement to target common areas of inflammation, tension and weakness. Beginner friendly practice with modification options and variations with props (chair, blocks, strap, etc.) as well as breath work to ease stress, anxiety and persistent pain.
