Weekly Yoga Flow

Thursday Mornings 8:30am-9:30am

This class will open, stretch, and strengthen your body. It introduces the foundational principles of yoga, & the blending of gentle movement with deep breath. We will focus on optimal physical alignment and creating balance, often with a therapeutic focus. Close with supported relaxation.
