Come wring-out your workweek with this gentle to moderate class. Utilizing the breath as our foundation and guide, and props such as blocks, blankets, and bolsters, this restful practice will aid in releasing those long hours at the desk, on the road, or chasing kids. Offered every Friday evening at 6 PM. (with exception of first Fridays- sub teacher will be in place)
