Through carefully guided Yin postures, we will target the body’s meridian system, gently opening and releasing blockages within the chakra centers. The stillness of Yin allows you to tap into your body’s deeper layers, inviting relaxation and self-awareness. As you move through each pose, Reiki energy will be channeled to enhance the release of stagnant energy and promote emotional and physical healing.
The session is further enriched by the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls and other sound healing instruments, which will support the clearing of blockages, encourage deep relaxation, and restore balance to your chakras.
