A sound bath is a meditative experience where those in attendance are "bathed" in sound waves. These waves are produced by various sources, including healing instruments such as gongs, singing bowls, percussion, chimes, rattles, tuning forks, and even the human voice itself. Sound Bath can be enjoyed sitting in a chair or on a blanket or mat. Simply relax and allow these healing frequencies and vibrations to ease away your stresses, tensions and worries giving yourself the gift of full relaxation through the power of sound.

Two free sessions will be offered to gauge interest in July:

Friday, 7/12 at 1 PM - FREE and Monday, 7/22 at 6 PM - FREE

Two dates in August with fee of $4.00:

Friday, August 16th 1:00 pm - $4.00 and Monday, August 26th at 6:00 pm - $4.00

If there is enough interest, we will offer more dates in the future.
