Healing Through Movement- Yoga For Grief

Join us for a gentle and compassionate yoga class designed specifically for those navigating the complex emotions of grief. This session will create a safe space for participants to honor their feelings, connect with their bodies, and find solace in movement.

Through a combination of restorative poses, mindful breathing techniques, and guided meditation, we will explore how yoga can assist in the grieving process. Each posture will be thoughtfully chosen to help release tension, cultivate self-compassion, and encourage emotional healing.

This class is open to anyone who is experiencing grief or loss, whether recent or long-standing and suitable for all levels, including those new to yoga. No prior experience is necessary—just bring an open heart and a willingness to connect with yourself and the moment.

Join us in this supportive journey of healing and connection as we honor our emotions and find strength in community. You are not alone. Option to bring any items that are comforting to you, as well as a journal for reflecting
